1 c. sugar
2/3 c. white syrup
½ tsp cream of tartar
2 egg whites
3 T water
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a double boiler and beat with mixer over boiling water for 7 minutes or until it stands in stiff peaks. Blend in vanilla.
