BBQ Chicken and Brown Rice Recipe

2 bottles (18 ounces) BBQ sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons pepper
3 tablespoons seasoned salt
1/2 cup vinegar
6 bone in chicken breast

Brown Rice
1 can (101/2 ounces) beef broth
1 cup white rice
1 onion
1 stick butter cut up

In a medium bowl combine BBQ sauce, sugar and pepper, seasoned salt and vinegar. Whisk until combined. Place chicken in a large glass pan and pour sauce over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 375 or grill over medium heat for 45 minutes.

In a medium baking dish combine beef broth, rice, onion and butter. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Allow chicken and rice to rest 5 minutes.
