Ingredients:  
1/4 to 1/2 c. Milk
4 large chicken breast
1 large pkg. shell macaroni (12oz)
2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
1lb kraft jalapeņo cheese
3/4c. Chopped ( boil in broth)
3/4c chopped bell pepper (boil in broth)
3oz sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken; debone, cube. Boil macaroni in chicken broth. Combine milk, soup, and cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, uncovered.
