1 C. oil
½ c. apple juice
2 ½ c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 ½ c. chopped apples
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
½ c. chopped nuts
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix liquids. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Add apples. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 pan.
