2 lbs. carrots
1 medium onion
1 c. celery
1 c. green pepper
1 can Heinz tomato soup
½ c. white vinegar
½ c. oil
1 tsp. salt
¾ c. white sugar
Dash of black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Peel and slice carrots into circles, cook 15 - 20 minutes. Chop the next 3 ingredients and set aside. Combine rest of ingredients to make sauce. Drain carrots, add chopped vegetables and mix with sauce. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate before serving.
