2 packages Lemon Jello ½ c. whipping cream ½ c. mayonnaise 4 tbsp. horseradish, drained (use juice only)
Dissolve 1 package lemon Jello in 1½ c. of boiling water. Let cool . When Jello begins to set, add Whipping Cream (whipped stiff), mayonnaise and horseradish juice. Blend thoroughly, chill and then cover with 1 package of regular lemon Jello.
