1 large jar OR can of sauerkraut, drained
1 c. celery diced
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 red pepper diced

Dressing:
1 c. sugar
⅔ c. vinegar
c. oil
⅓ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare all the vegetables and mix together in bowl with sauerkraut. Put the last 4 ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. When cool, pour over vegetables. Refrigerate over night. Keeps well.
