1 sprig of fresh rosemary
1 inch cinnamon bark

Directions:
Directions:
 Boil a cup of water.
Put the cinnamon bark and rosemary sprig into the water and put the lid on.
Let the water get infused with the goodness of the cinnamon and rosemary for about 20 minutes.
Strain the water into a bottle or mason jar.
