1/2 cup watercress leaves
1 teaspoon honey
A pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the watercress leaves under running water and blend into a fine paste using a blender.
Transfer the paste to a glass.
Add water, honey, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
