1 stick of leek
Chopped cucumber
Mint leaves

Put the chopped tomato, cucumber, and a stick of leek into the food processor.
Add a few mint leaves and give it a spin.

Tomato is a good source of lycopene, an anticancer agent. It also has antioxidants that scavenge the free radicals in your body. It is good for your heart, bones, and skin (113).
Leek is rich in vitamin A, vitamin K, sodium, and proteins. It contains kaempferol that protects the blood vessels. Leeks also have antioxidant properties and protect against type II diabetes, cancer, atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and obesity (114).
