1. Put the strawberries, kiwi slices, and watermelon cubes in a jar. 2. Add a few mint leaves. 3. Fill the jar with water. 4. Keep it in the fridge overnight.

Kiwi is a good source of vitamin C. It controls the blood sugar levels and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases (106).
Mint has an overall cooling effect. Mint also relaxes the stomach muscles and adds flavor (107).
Citrulline in watermelon (or cucumber) helps the kidneys to flush out ammonia, which is very toxic for our body (108).
Strawberry is rich in vitamin C, manganese, and fiber. This red and luscious fruit have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps in regulating blood sugar levels (109).
