Benefits
Buttermilk is rich in vitamin A, folate, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and omega-3 fatty acids. It aids weight loss, prevents skin diseases, and helps to maintain good digestion (contains good bacteria). Buttermilk also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties (22).
Beta-carotene present in carrots makes them a rich source of antioxidants. Carrots help in weight loss, improve vision, boost cardiovascular health, and also fight cancer (23).
Coriander leaves have high vitamin A and vitamin K content and are also rich in minerals such as calcium and potassium. They are helpful in treating indigestion, curing skin and menstrual disorders, maintaining blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and improving vision (24).
Cumin seeds have a high iron content, which is very important for menstruating women. They also aid digestion and help fight cancer (25).
