3 small lemon Jello powder
3 c. boiling water
1 container of cottage cheese
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 can Carnation Milk
1 carrot grated
1 green pepper chopped fine
2 green onions chopped fine
½ c. celery chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Add lemon Jello to the boiling water. Chill until syrupy. Add cottage cheese, Miracle Whip and can of Carnation milk. Beat with mixer until smooth. Stir in the carrots, green pepper, onion and celery. Chill & serve.
