1 whole rotisserie chicken
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
2-3 cups chopped grapes (green are the best!)
cup mayonnaise
cup plain yogurt or sour cream
cup half-and-half
small handful of fresh dill, minced
cup slivered almonds (if desired)
1-2 Tbs brown sugar
juice of one lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Shred or cube chicken (your preference) and add to large bowl. Chop all fruits and veggies and add to bowl with chicken.

In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt (or sour cream), lemon juice, brown sugar and salt and pepper. Add fresh dill. Mix well. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and mix until well incorporated.

Allow salad to chill for several hours, overnight is best, and serve on salad greens, on a sammie, on crackers, or out of the bowl...whatever makes your skirt fly up!
Served this at Catherine's bridal shower...OH MY WORD!! I think I could eat this every day for the rest of my life!
