8 oz fresh (or frozen) green beans
1 can mushroom steams & pieces (I don't use these)
½ cup chopped onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups milk
¾ cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease large pie plate. Heat beans in water, cooking uncovered about 5 mins. Cover and cook until tender and drain. Mix beans, mushrooms, onion, garlic & cheese in pie pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender or with hand mixer. Pour on veggie mix. Bake about 30-35 minutes, or until bisquick mix is cooked through. Cool 5 mins and serve!
