1 8oz can salmon
2 c cold mashed potatoes
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp minced onion
1 egg
2 tbsp fat

Directions:
Directions:
Flake salmon and combine all with all the remaining ingredients but fat. Shape into 6 patties and saute in fat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with crisp bacon if desired
