Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Side Dish:
1 bag of frozen cubed hash browns
2 cans of Cream of Chicken
1 cup of sour cream (or more depending on what you like)
1 bag (2 cups) of shredded cheese (I like colby jack cheese but you can use what you like)
Season with salt/pepper (I also put Tony's in mine because I like a little kick!)

Breakfast Option:
1 bag of shredded hash browns
2 can of Cream of chicken
1 cup of sour cream
1 bag (2 cups) of Shredded cheese
Cubed ham (however much you like)
Seasoning (salt/pepper/Tony's)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken, shredded cheese, and seasoning. If the mixture looks too dry, add a little more cream of chicken or sour cream. ** For the breakfast option, add the ham.

Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Cook for about 45 minutes or until the top becomes brown. Enjoy!!!

** If you like a topping, you can crush up some Ritz crackers and spread them on the dish about 15 minutes before it's cooked.
**Sometimes instead of adding a cracker topping, I add more shredded cheese and let that melt down.
** Green onions mixed in are also really great!

It all depends on what you want. You can't mess this recipe up!!
