Sausage Quiche Recipe

1 lb sausage
c chopped onion
1/3 c green pepper
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 T flour
1 T parsley flakes
tsp salt
tsp garlic
tsp pepper
1 c cream or evaporated milk
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Brown the sausage; drain well and set aside. Brown onion and bell pepper in a skillet with Pam spray or a little olive oil. Mix together eggs, flour, parsley flakes, salt, garlic, pepper, and milk/cream.

To assemble: Place sausage on the bottom of 9 inch pie shell. Add the onions, bell pepper, and cheese. Pour the milk mixture over this. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
