2 slices bread (or bread crumbs)
7 eggs
2 C. milk
lb.grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
lb.sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage; set aside. Cut bread into small cubes and place in bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs, milk, and dry mustard in a bowl. Add sausage and cheese. Pour over bread. Cover and set in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
