1-2 lbs Chicken (3-4 breasts, 6-8 legs)
1 c. Water
½ c. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1 small Onion, chopped
1 c. Ketchup
⅓ c. Vinegar

Boil chicken for 20 minutes or so until the fat and blood has been removed from the top.

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Put chicken in a roaster/broiler and pour the sauce over the top

Bake for 1 hour. About 15 minutes before it is ready, mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch and ½ cup water together and add it to the mixture to thicken. Serve with side rice or boiled/mash potatoes.
