Rack of Ribs, cut
c. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Corn Starch
⅓ c. Vinegar
c. Ketchup
1 c. Water
1 tbsp. Soya Sauce
1 small Onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350F.

Boil the Ribs for 30 minutes. While boiling, mix the other ingredients in a roaster and stir. Heat over medium heat until heated through.

Once boiled, place the ribs in the roaster with the sauce in the oven for 30 minutes, and then turn back the oven to 275F for 15 minutes. Serve over rice or boiled potatoes.
