1 lb. Ground Beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
1-2 cloves Garlic, minced (to preference. Garlic powder can be substituted)
5-6 fresh White Mushrooms, sliced (optional)

1 large can Diced Tomatoes
1 Tin Tomato Soup
1 Tin Meat Sauce
⅓ c. Vinegar
1 c. Relish
c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Ketchup
1 tbsp. Mustard
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in a fry pan and add the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Drain.

In a large pot mix together the other ingredients. Once cooked, add the ground beef to the pot. Bring to a boil, then let simmer on low-med heat for 1 hour, continuously stirring to prevent it from burning on to the bottom of the pot.
