¾ cup sugar
⅔ cup oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. In a bowl mix together sugar, oil, baking powder, vanilla, salt and eggs. Stir in flour. Drop dough on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Press bottom of glass onto wet papertowel, then in colored sugar. Press on cookie to 1/4 inch. Bake 9-10 minutes until light brown. Cool.
