Makes one pie

1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 1/4 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract

Directions:

Mix ingredients and pour into 9 inch pie shell (unbaked). Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes.
