1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon basil
1 large onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 16oz can tomatoes
2 6oz cans tomato paste
1 10 oz package lasagna noodles

Cheese Filling:
2 12 oz cartons cream-style cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 t salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 lbs Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat; add garlic, parsley, basil, onion, salt. Cook 10 minutes; add tomatoes and paste; simmer uncovered 1 hour. Cook noodles in salted water until done.

Combine cottage cheese eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese. In 13 x 9 inch baking dish, spread with 1/2 the cheese mixture, add Mozzarella cheese to cover; add 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat layers, ending with meat. Put more Mozzarella on top; bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
