1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil water and sugar then simmer for 3 minutes.

2. Add lemon juice and grate one rind in.

3. Strain and store in a container. Keep in refrigerator or freezer.
