1 cup soft butter

1 egg added to 2/3 cup sugar

Cream preceding ingredients and add

1 tsp almond flavoring


2 and 1/4 cup flour combined with

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Mix well.......put into cookie press

Bake on untreated cookie sheet 400 deg 7 to 10 min


TIP.....REFRGERATE BAKING SHEETS....HELPS DOUGH PULL AWAY FROM COOKIE PRESS
