6 qt. green tomatoes
6 qt. cucumbers, peeled and seedless
8 large onions
3 hot red peppers
4 sweet red peppers
1 large head of cabbage
1½ qts of vinegar
4 tbsp flour or cornstarch
2 tbsp tumeric
3 tbsp dry mustard
4 tbsp curry powder
3 c. brown sugar
Pickling salt

Grate first 7 ingredients. Let stand overnight with 1 cup of pickling salt. In the morning add the next 6 ingredients. Put on stove and bring to a boil until thick. Pour into clean, sterilized jars and seal.
