5 lbs beef chuck...cut into one inch cubes

5 lbs yellow onions, chipped

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup butter

Heat oil and butter

Brown bee cubes

Add /4 cup Hungarian Paprika

Add 3 cups beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
You may brown the beef in batches.

After adding stock.....lower het nod simmer for ours or more, or until beef is tender

Season to taste with sat and pepper

Stir in 2 cups sour cream


Sere over noodles .
