2 pounds of fresh green beans
4 tablespoons of bacon grease
2 large sweet onions (diced)
2 - 4 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
1 cup of water or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and break green beans into 1-2 inch segments. Sauté onions in the bacon grease until caramelized. Add fresh green beans and sauté until the beans are bright green (10-15 minutes). Add 1 cup of water or chicken broth and 2-4 bullion cubes. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
