3¾ cups flour, sifted twice
1 tsp. salt (generous)
1 cake yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup milk, luke warm
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg, well beaten
Melted butter for top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt together; set aside. Combine yeast and sugar. Then add milk, butter and eggs. Mix into the flour. Place on floured board and knead well. Let rise 1 hour. Shape into loaves. Let rise 15 minutes.

Bake at 350º until golden brown.
