1 29oz. can Sweet Potato's
2 17oz can Sweet Potato's
3/4 c. Margarine
2 Eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
Dash of Cinnamon and Nutmeg

1 c. crushed Grape Nuts Flakes
1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. stick margarine

Heat yam with juice, drain and mash.
Add margarine, beat eggs, sugar and milk
Pour all into greased casserole dish

Bake 15-20 minutes at 350

Topping: Cream together and sprinkle on top of casserole a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake 15 min. at 400
