6 strips bacon
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cup biscuit mix
⅓ cup milk
¼ cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain & crumble. Brown onions in bacon fat and drain.
Mix biscuit mix and milk to create a soft dough. Roll dough ½ inch thick. Cut into 12 squares.
Combine crumbled bacon and browned onion. Sprinkle mixture over dough. Fold squares. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Brush scones with melted butter.
Bake 10 minutes at 450º. Serve warm.
