Corned beef (flat cut)
Onion 1 medium
Carrots 1 lb.
Red potaoes (6-7)
Cabbage 1 large head

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in deep roasting pan, seasoned side up. Add water to almost cover meat. Add vegetables. Cook until vegetables are cooked and then remove them. Keep cooking beef until it breaks apart easily. Don't add salt!
