Ham
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1 c. Mogen David wine
c. 7-Up
6 oz. Maraschino cherries and juice
Crushed pineapple in syrup (small can)

Whole cloves (18-20) in ham only

Directions:
Directions:
Remove hock from ham. Leave fat on. Place flat side down. Cut diamond pattern inch deep with serrated knife. Place cloves at intersection of diamond patterns and space evenly. Mix all ingredients together. Drizzle part of glaze mixture to cover ham. Allow glaze to fill pan inch. Baste every 15 minutes until done.

Bake at 325, 30 minutes per pound
