1 Can (15 oz) Black Beans, drained

1 Can (15 oz) Black Eyed Peas, drained

1 Can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes, drained

2 C Frozen Corn Kernels, thawed

1/2 Medium Onion, chopped

1 Small Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped

1/2 C Jalapenos or Pickled Jalapenos, finely chopped

1/2 tsp Garlic Salt

1 C Italian Dressing

3/4 C Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beans, peas, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper and jalapeno in a large bowl. Season with garlic salt, add dressing and cilantro and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and serve with tortilla chips. Great recipe to make ahead, better well chilled.
