10 Baking Potatoes

2 Sticks Butter or Margarine

3/4 C Green Onions, finely chopped

12 oz of crab or imitation crab, chopped

1 C Half & Half

1/2 tsp Pepper

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1 C Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes well and bake at 450 degrees until done. Cut in half and scoop insides out. Place scooped potatoes in a bowl and mash together with butter, half & half, salt and pepper. Add onions and crab meat. Fill potato shells with mixture and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
