Sweet Potato Ingredients:
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (3 large potatoes)
c. sugar
tsp. salt
2 eggs beaten
stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. cinnamon
c. milk

Topping Ingredients:
c. brown sugar
c. self-rising flour
stick softened butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all sweet potato ingredients together and put in 13 x 9 inch pan.

Mix all topping ingredients together and spread on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350. Top with marshmallows and lightly brown.

This casserole almost qualifies as a dessert! It is excellent. Perfect for Thanksgiving Day!
