3 bunches of Broccoli

1 1/2 C Mayonnaise

1 C Red Wine Vinegar

2 T Sugar

2 C Raisins, if desired

2 C Walnuts, if desired

1 lb Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Chop Broccoli into florets and finely chop the stems if desired and place in large bowl. In a separate bowl combine the mayo, vinegar, and sugar and refrigerate to chill. When mayo mixture is chilled pour over the broccoli and stir well. Place back into the refrigerator. Cook bacon until crisp and chop finely. Add to broccoli mixture, as well as raisins and walnuts if desired. Keep refrigerated. Best when well chilled. Can make up a day early if desired.
