Personal Notes:
I invented this recipe myself. At an Italian restaurant I visited there was a menu item called Frank Sinatra's favourite pasta. I ordered it, but didn't particularly love it. So I invented what I thought sausage and red pepper pasta should look like. I made this for Jan on March 30 2020. We loved it! The smell while it cooked was great. We thought this would be a great meal for company. The sauce is easy and can be made ahead.
