1 28 oz Tin Diced Tomatoes Drained
6 Garlic cloves minced
1 lb Italian Sausage - medium or hot - your preference. Chopped
2 T Olive Oil
2 Red Peppers sliced
1 Medium onion sliced into rounds
1/4 C Fresh Basil - chopped
1/4 C Fresh Oregano chopped
Salt and Pepper

1 lb Penne
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in saucepan. Add sausage and cook through.
2. Add red peppers, onion and garlic, basil and oregano and salt and pepper and heat through. Add tomatoes and cook at low
temperature for 1/2 hour.
3. Cook penne in boiling salted water until al dente.

Serve the pasta on a platter with the sauce spooned over
Pass Parmesan Cheese
