6 c. broccoli florets
6 c. cauliflower
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large red onion, sliced
1 6-oz can pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
⅔ c. vegetable oil
c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables in a bowl. Combine and mix salad dressing mix, oil and vinegar, shake well. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
