6 C Mixed greens of your choice

Dressing:

1 t Salt
1 T Red or White Wine Vinegar
1 T Lemon juice
1/4 t Freshly ground black pepper
1 t Dijon mustard
1/3 C Olive Oil

Optional Herbs

1 t Fresh basil chopped
1 t Fresh oregano chopped
1 T Minced garlic
1 t Fresh tarragon chopped
1 t Chervil
1 t Fresh parsley chopped
Dash tabasco sauce

1. Dissolve salt in vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Stir in pepper and mustard. Add optional herbs if desired
3. Whisk oil in slowly in a thin stream until well blended.
