1 Iceburg lettuce, mixed greens, romaine lettuce - mixed
4 Tomatoes sliced


Italian Dressing

2 T Red Wine Vinegar
1 T Fresh Basil chopped or 2 t dried
1 T Fresh Oregano chopped - or 1 t dried
1/4 t Garlic - finely chopped
1 t Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
1 t Parsley
1/2 C Olive Oil

1. Wash dry and mix the greens
2. Mix all ingredients except the olive oil, Beat in the olive oil slowly, until the dressing is well blended
3. Toss the greens in the salad dressing and serve.
