1 Head Iceburg Lettuce, trimmed and cut into quarters

Choose your additions

Finely chopped:

Red Pepper
Roasted Red Pepper
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Hard Cooked Egg - crumbled
Bacon pieces - fried crisp
Cooked Shrimp, Prawns
Avocado - sliced or chopped
Red Onion - sliced thin'
Cooked Chicken - chopped

Blue Cheese Dressing
1 C Mayonaise
2 Green Onions (chopped fine)
3 Garlic Cloves (chopped fine)
1/4 C Parsley (chopped flne)
2T Lemon Juice
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/4 C Blue Cheese (crumbled into small pieces)

1. Prepare lettuce, Trim and quarter lettuce, and place on plates
2. Decide which additions you want and prepare
3. Place additions attractively around lettuce wedge as desired

Blue Cheese Dressing
1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Chill

Serve - pass blue cheese dressing.
