2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
1 ½ cups sour cream
2 cans black beans, mashed
1 cup of your favorite salsa (smoked chipotle salsa)
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 green onions, chopped
½ cup black olives, sliced
2 jalapeño peppers diced
1 avocado, diced

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a medium bowl, combine seasoning with sour cream. Spread cream cheese on bottom of an 8x8 oven proof dish. Layer black beans, salsa, sour cream mixture, and cheese on top. Baked 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions, black olives, jalapeño peppers, and avocados. Serve with tortilla chips.
