2 lbs. Hamburger
1 lb. Mild Sausage (Jimmy Deans)
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup Green Peppers
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Milk
7 Eggs (beaten)
2 Pie Crust (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a hot pan, fry hamburger, sausage, onions and green peppers until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, milk and eggs. Mix well.

Pour mixture into 2 pie crusts and bake for 35 minutes.
