1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup popcorn, unpopped
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Corn Syrup
1 Stick of Butter, unsalted
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Add oil and popcorn to large pot on stovetop and pop approx. 15 cups of popcorn. Divide popcorn into two 9x13 ungreased baking pans.

In a saucepan, bring brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt to a boil and let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Stir until mixture becomes foamy.

Pour evenly over corn and stir well. Bake for 1 hour,stirring every 15 minutes. Corn will coat more evenly after the last stir.
Remove from oven and stir until corn is cool and separated. The corn mixture can also be poured out onto
freezer paper and separated.

Put into an airtight container.
