Chicken cut into 1" bite-size pieces, About 4 - 5 halves, enough to make four servings
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
14 ounce can of diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic (add these if you are using unseasoned tomatoes.
3 tsp. Cavender's Greek Seasoning.
Can cream of chicken soup
3.8 ounce can of sliced black olives including liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped onion in slow cooker. Add chicken pieces.
In a bowl stir together soup, tomato, olives, liquid and seasonings
Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Stir in 2 TB lemon juice before serving. Serve over rice.
