1 (20 OZ) CAN PINEAPPLE CHUNKS IN HEAVY SYRUP, DRAINED (RESERVING JUICE)
3 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
1 TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH
2 CUPS CUBED HAM, CUBED
1/4 CUP CIDAR VINAGAR
2 TABLESPOONS ORANGE JUICE
1 CUP COCKTAIL-SIZE WEINERS
1 SMALL GREEN BELL PEPPER, CUT INTO 1" PIECES

MEASURE PINEAPPLE SYRUP; ADD WATER IF NECESSARY TO EQUAL 2/3 CUP.
IN SMALL SAUCE PAN, COMBINE PINEAPPLE LIQUID, BROWN SUGAR, CORNSTARCH,VINEGAR, & ORANGE JUICE.
COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL MIXTURE BOILS AND THICKENS, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. ADD PINEAPPLE CHUNKS, HAM AND SAUSAGE.
COOK UNTIL THOUGHLY HEATED.
STIR IN GREEN PEPPER. IMMEDIATLY PLACE IN CHAFING DISH OR FONDUE POT.
SERVE WITH DECORATIVE TOOTHPICKS.
