1 cup of crushed graham crackers (about six)
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter
5 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 can of cherry pie filling (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325ºF. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and butter; press into bottom of a round spring form pan or use a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour mixture over crust.

Bake 40 minutes at 325ºF oven until center is set. Cool completely and refrigerate for four hours. Serve plain or top with pie filling or other topping if desired.
